Name: Snow that Muffles Prey (Snow)
Rank: Healer To-Be
Gender: She-cat
Age: 18 Moons
Affiliation: Tribe of Gusting Wind
Mentor/Apprentice: Treeteller
Kin: Moon that Shines on Water (Moon) [mother, not played] Eagle of Empty Skies (Eagle) [father, deceased] Pebble that Rolls down Cliff (Pebble) [brother, deceased] Sky of Cawing Crows (Sky) [brother, played later]
Mate: None
Appearance:
Snow is an impressive looking she-cat; her body build is larger than most other females. She’s tall thanks to her long legs with muscle built around her limbs and abdomen area. It’s not too obvious, but it doesn’t take much to see that she’s got muscle. Snow could have easily been a Cave-Guard.
Her fur is long and silky, always well kept and groomed. The base coat is a pure white color which covers her entire body. Over the white are swirls and stripes of silver and various shades of gray. Stripes are most noticeable on her legs in dark gray. The base of her tail is the same dark gray that spreads to white and silver with tipped gray strands.
Snow’s face is surprisingly small for one of her body shape. Her muzzle is thin with long, droopy white whiskers coming off of it. Her ears are set at a nice angle, making her always look alert and ready. Snow’s eyes are a pale yellow with flecks of green around the middle.
Personality:
Snow has a rather detached look on the world and life. She sees it all from a third persons stand point, free of bias. Often her detachments leads to her referring to herself in third person, a quirk she’s trying to stop. But just because of her detachment from life does not mean she has difficulties growing attached to others. On the contrary, Snow finds her strange look on the world allows her to befriend other better. If she’s not biased toward a specific type of cat or personality, it’s much easier for her to learn to like another cat and accept their flaws.
She’s a pretty deep thinker. Often she will forgo other cats’ company to sit away from them and simply think. The topics that rush through her mind are pretty random. Why do birds sing? Will the sun always rise? What is the reason for the season? She persistent to finding the answers to her questions, whether it’s her own answer or one supplied to her.
When Snow is not searching for answers she’s chatting with others. Being a naturally social cat means she cannot go long without talking to someone else, even when she is on an answers quest. Even if it’s just sitting with her aging mother and sharing news about what’s going on between the clan and their tribe, Snow love to talk. Her voice is not that loud, but it’s powerful. Commanding in a sort of laidback way.
Snow is constantly worrying over her tribe mates. She’s a natural worrywart, something she blames on her look on life, and always wants to make sure that her friends, family, and tribe mates are ok. In a way, being picked for healer was the best thing for her. While she may always look on her brother and wonder what it would have been like to guard the tribe as a Cave Guard, she knows deep down being the Healer To-Be was the best option for her. Being the chosen kit has not gotten to her head in the least bit.
Snow finds it hard to become mad at another cat. During her life, however short it is, she has only found herself mad once. While she respects the clan cats and feels their two groups have much to share and learn, she feels them trying to change her Tribe’s ways is an invasion of the system they’ve had for the longest time. In the beginning she found herself often getting angry at their attempts. And she still does, but after being in the new territory for a while, she’s learned to accept that’s how they do things—even if she doesn’t like it. History:
Snow was born on a cold winter day. She was named for the snow that was keeping the prey from coming to feed their tribe. Her mother, always the downer, believed none of her kits would survive because of the snow. To this day Snow accepts her name as a statement of the survival she and her brothers went through.
Their father had gotten himself killed shortly before their birth. The exact reason is unknown, but Snow believes he fell trying to catch prey for his beloved tribe, even though he was a Cave Guard.
When Snow was picked to be the Healer’s To-Be she was shocked. Still a young kit, the only dreams of grandeur Snow had at the time was to follow her father’s paw prints in becoming a strong Cave Guard for her clan. She and her brothers were all large and would most definitely be chosen as Cave Guards. At first she felt a tinge of remorse for being chosen. At the time it just did not seem like the way for her to go! But she was just a kit. Who was she to defy the will of her ancestors?
It wasn’t until later in her life did she finally accept that she was going to be her tribe’s next healer. From then on she took her position seriously. It was also around then did she begin to get a detached look on the world. Perhaps it was her own way of wanting to aid her tribe an not have them weighed down by her woes.
When the avalanche hit Snow was devastated. Recently she had watched both her brothers become honorable cave guard for her tribe. She was so proud when it happened and had only the slightest feeling of envy as she watched them take their official place as Cave Guard. Not even a moon later she watched Pebble, the youngest of the litter, die. It had been the snow that took him, burying him under tons of it. The irony of his death struck Sky the hardest, and from then on he kept away from Snow.
The she-cat didn’t know what to think, losing both her brothers in different ways. At first she was depressed, especially when Treeteller ordered that the tribe would have to move elsewhere.
But when they arrived, something about the new land moved Snow. She just felt like they had made the right choice and here in the new land they would prosper. Even with CloudClan trying to change the tribe’s ways and tensions between the two groups, Snow had a feeling that their new home really was home. Roleplay Example:
Beads of water from melted snow stuck to white and gray fur like briars to cloth, weighing down the silky strands as the large she-cat padded between rocks and stumps, her yellow eyes locked on the large entrance to her tribe cave up ahead. Her tail swished back and forth with each step she took.
Slipping into the dark cave, the she-cat had to blink her eyes several times before she felt safe enough to continue walking. It wouldn’t do to trip over a loose rock or stumbling kit here in the cave. Then again, she doubted anyone could miss her, even if it was dark. Snow’s fur was much brighter than the normal dark browns or grays of the cats she lived with.
Across the cave she caught the look of her brothers, her mood immediately brightening as she changed course for them. Pebble’s gray flanks shivered in a purr as he touched noses with his sister while Sky gave her a nod, his own way of greeting. She didn’t mind though, Sky had always been rather stoic toward his siblings.
From the corner of her eye she spotted Treeteller and Snow rushed to stand. Her brothers watched curiously as the she-cat took a few steps toward the healer before the healer’s head shook. She waited a moment to see if there were any other orders but got none, the healer just strode off toward the smaller room in the back of their cave where the ancestors spoke.
She backed up to where her brothers still sat, sharing a rather large rabbit between the two. Snow huffed a breath before taking a seat between them again, gladly taking a bite of the meal when Pebble pushed it her way. It was always so confusing, she thought. Knowing when the healer wanted her or when the healer was simply watching. Snow wondered if she ever would get used to it.

In response to your siggy, "RAWR? D8" (Maybe I should make a siggy that says that. >_>)
Two of your names are very close to names in the books. Just pointing that out. :D
Moon that Shines on Water (Moon) and Pebble that Rolls down Cliff (Pebble)
In the books;; Star that Shines on Water (Star) and Pebble that Rolls down Mountain (Pebble)
It's okay, but... Were those names on accident? xD
BUT ANYWAYS. I'd better post something actually "useful." Um...um...um... -reads over app again-
Oh, that is awesome. 8D
It might just be the way you worded it, but that sounds a bit contradictory(even with the last bit), how she declines company but is also social. Maybe you could reword it a little?
And...that's all I noticed. 8D
EDIT: NOWAIT! One more thing, but it isn't really that important. The Healer read the signs in the puddles formed by the ice melting from the Frozen Tree, which is just outside the cave, not inside. You don't really have to fix it, because it's just a roleplay example, but I thought I should tell you, for future reference. :3
