This will describe the whole territory. It's pretty vague regarding details about specific landmarks, but it gives you the big picture.
The Territory
The entire territory shared by CloudClan and the Tribe makes a bit of an ellipse shape, elongated towards the east and west. It is surrounded by the mountains, a Twolegplace, and a nearby bordering field where sheep are raised and graze. The Twoleg town covers the western edge, while the farm and large field circle around the territory across the south side. The mountains go from the northwest side down to almost meet the edge of the field at the southeastern side. The height of the territory also changes, with fairly steep, bracken-covered hills and few trees to the north, milder hills a bit more south, and almost meadow-like territory bordering the field, with significant patches of forest on the flatter terrain.
The Tribe takes up the majority of the hillier terrain, the border between them and CloudClan extending from the northwest, cutting through steep hills and then lower ones, and ending on the east side by the mountains, keeping a little of the meadows and forest in the Tribe's possession. CloudClan takes the land opposite the border, including a small amount of the sharper hills, half of the intermediate ones, and the majority of the flat land. Their territory is noticeably larger, to support their larger amount of cats. They border the Twolegplace and the fields, and little mountain, compared with the Tribe, who only have mountains around them. Occassionally, a sheep or two will wander into their lands.
In CloudClan territory, coming out of the trees right by the eastern mountains is a small stream, which forms small waterfalls as it goes between the hills, and then leads off into smoother territory. It ends in a small lake (used for fishing and swimming) around the center of CloudClan. The falls nearest the mountains are called the Moonfalls, and are where the medicine cats meet each half-moon. It is not considered neutral territory between the Clan and Tribe. CloudClan's camp is very near and to the west of the pond. A patch of trees close by it to the south gives convenient forest herbs and shelter when needed, and others are spread out across the territory. A small clearing in the forest is favorited for training, as the leaves break any falls, and the trees' foliage overhead stops the sun glaring in apprentices' eyes.
The Tribe makes its camp in a relatively low spot between high hills. It has a small brook a short distance away to the south, which is used for water, although it can not support fish. There is an especially old tree near the brook, which is used for climbing. Actual clumps of trees are more to the south by the border, but few bother making the trek except for herbs, as the territory is large enough for the journey to take half the day. Clusters of large rocks are not rare, and one near the camp is a favorite for games and jumping tests. A large patch of heather is also often used to train to-bes, as the heather gives a soft cushioning in sparring.
Since the combined territory is huge, and the border simply cuts across the entire thing, border patrols take the entire day for the chosen group. There aren't many real landmarks for where the border is; mostly memory and the previous day's scent marks guide the patrol.
Along a more northern stretch of the border, there is a small piece of neutral territory. Among slight hills, large rock formations have appeared. Many look like they should have toppled over long ago, but cats can climb all over them without danger, and the many ridges and dips in them makes things easier. Every full moon, there is a Gathering between the Tribe and Clan, and the leader and healer perch on one of the lower rocks, while everyone else takes their place on other rocks or on the ground.
A crude map is below for your convenience.
